You'll learn the parts and basic operation of your sewing machine, sewing terminology, sewing tools, some basic knowledge of fabric, thread, needles, choosing a pattern and ergonomic sewing techniques. You'll be making two different types of pillowcases and pull-up PJ bottoms. Those who do not own a machine but would like to take the class may use a classroom machine.
