Fundamentals of Sewing I

a recent class
This class is for beginners who have no sewing experience and want to learn how to operate their sewing machine, and practice the fundamentals of sewing. You'll learn the parts and basic operation of your sewing machine, sewing terminology, sewing tools, some basic knowledge of fabric, thread, needles, choosing a pattern and ergonomic sewing techniques. You'll be making two different types of pillowcases and pull-up PJ bottoms. Those who do not own a machine but would like to take the class may use a classroom machine. If you own a machine, you should bring it to class along with the manual so that you can become proficient in the use of your own machine. This class will be a little intense, but a lot of fun and well worth it. (*Beginner)
